Our Service Commitment to You

From your first phone call to us, we are committed to providing an excellent service. One of our experienced design team will visit you to discuss your ideas, incorporate your particular requirements and turn these into a comprehensive 3D visual design of your veranda. We want you to be completely confident when you place your order. Your personal designer will answer any questions that you have, and will remain your dedicated point of contact throughout the process – from design, during manufacture and through the installation, keeping you informed at every stage.

“I full heartedly recommend using The Glass Room Company. Service wise, they do exactly what they say and can always be reached. Product wise, the product is of quality. Moneywise, the quote was half that I received from others. Good guys, good service, good product, good price. I would honestly say don’t even bother considering anyone else.”

Our Process

  1. Details

When you first contact us, there is no sales pressure or rush to place an order. We will assess your ideas and take the time to suggest options and find the perfect solution. Thanks to our expertise and experience, we often work on highly customised, unique projects. Please contact us to discuss these further.

  2. Design

During our home visit, we will provide you both with a 3D visualisation and a final quotation based on this design. This price is guaranteed and will not increase during or after installation. A final site survey is then conducted to ensure that your veranda is made to millimetre precision. Once this is finalised, the installation will be confirmed.

  3. Delivery

Having agreed a date to suit you, the precision engineered materials are manufactured and delivered directly to us from the factory. With your bespoke order ready for your installation date, we can quickly build your veranda with the minimum disruption. Installations usually are completed in 1 or 2 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
